Heute widme ich mich einem Thema auf das ich in verschiedenen Foren aufmerksam geworden bin. Viele Frauen beschäftigen sich vor einem Vorstellungsgespräch nicht nur mit der Stellenbeschreibung und der Firma, sondern auch mit entsprechender Kleidung und Frisur.
Natürlich sollten beim zukünftigen Arbeitgeber die fachlichen Kompetenzen im Vordergrund stehen. Jedoch ist auch für den Arbeitgeber (ebenso wie für zukünftige Kunden und Partner) das Äußere der erste Eindruck, den er von uns erhält.
Ohne jetzt auf Klischees einzugehen, denke ich, dass man sich in allererster Linie wohl fühlen sollte sowohl in der Kleidung als auch mit der Frisur. Das stärkt das Selbstbewusstsein und im Gespräch wirken wir überzeugender. Was nützt es im Kostüm aufzutreten, wenn man im Endeffekt nur am Rock zupft und sich wünscht man hätte sich doch für die Hose entschieden? Der Kopf muss klar sein und du solltest dich hundertprozentig auf deinen Gesprächspartner und dessen Fragen konzentrieren können. Ebenso verhält es sich mit der Frisur. Ich empfehle nicht ein vollkommen neues Styling auszuprobieren. Trägst du deine Haare gewöhnlich offen und sehen deine Haare gepflegt aus, so sehe ich keinen Grund sie im Gespräch nicht auch offen zu tragen. Du solltest dich jedoch kritisch beobachten und herausfinden, ob du dazu neigst dir in Gesprächen durch die Haare zu fahren. Unbewusst sendest du damit Signale an die dir fremde Person aus, die auf Unsicherheit oder Verlegenheit schließen lassen können.
