Schuppen – wer kennt das Problem nicht? Ich möchte hier zwar behaupten, dass eher Männer unter Schuppen leiden als Frauen aber vielleicht werden die abgestorbenen Hautpartikel im kurzen männlichen Haar auch einfach nur eher sichtbar? Auf jeden Fall sollten Schuppen kein Grund sein sich zu verstecken.
Verursacht werden die Schuppen durch Mikroorganismen auf der Kopfhaut. Dass die Kopfhaut täglich Zellen der Oberfläche abstößt, da diese erneuert wurden, ist vollkommen normal. Funtkionieren die Talgdrüsen in der Kopfhaut, so findet sich auf der Kopfhaut ein gesunder Säuremantel der die Vermehrung von Bakterien und Pilzen hemmt. Die Fehlfuntkionen der Talgdrüse können auch bei Schuppen wieder zahlreiche Auslöser haben. So kann eine Unter- oder Überfunktion der Talgdrüsen erblich bedingt sein, auf eine Erkrankung der Organe oder deren Funtkionsstörung zurückzuführen sein. Ein weiterer schuppenbegünstigender Faktor sind Streß und falsche Haarpflegemittel. Schuppen können zudem die Folge von Medikamentennebenwirkungen sein. Bei der Art von Schuppen unterscheidet man in trockene und fettige Schuppen. Fettige Schuppen sind dabei das Resultat einer Überproduktion von Talg.
Was kann man nun aber tun um schuppenfrei durchs Leben zu gehen? Zunächst einmal sollten Betroffene ein entsprechendes Schuppenshampoo verwenden und vor allem beim Ausspülen jeglicher Shampoos darauf achten, dass auch wirklich keine Reste zurückbleiben! In der Apotheke findet man zur Schuppenbekämpfung Huflattich-Lotion oder auch Huflattich-Shampoo. Das Shampoo sollte intensiv in die Kopfhaut einmassiert werden, damit die Heilkräuter bestmöglich wirken können. Auch in der Apotheke erhältlich ist Weidenteer-Shampoo, welches die Schuppen von der Kopfhaut ablöst, antiseptisch wirkt und die Überproduktion der Talgdrüsen stoppt.
Ein altbewährtes Hausmittel für Haarprobleme jeglicher Art ist zudem das Spülen der Haare mit Apfelessig!
Und ins ganz hartnäckigen Fällen gibt es nur eins: tragt bitte keine dunklen Sachen
