Jetzt wird’s haarig! Die Frage ist, wie beginnt man eigentlich seinen ersten Blogeintrag zum Thema Haare? Erfahrungen habe ich genügend mit dem Thema gemacht und es gibt viele Geschichten über misslungene Haarschnitte in meinem Leben und eigentlich ist jeder dritte Tag bei mir ein sogenannter „bad hair day“ und da stellen sich schon die nächsten Fragen – warum liegen meine Haare jeden Tag anders? Wie oft sollte man Haare waschen? Schädigt Haarshampoo das Haar? Und was sind die Haartrends 2008?
Zunächst aber ein paar Fakten, über die ich selbst sehr erstaunt war. So beträgt die Zugfestigkeit pro Haar ca. 2 Newton – da frag ich mich schon wieder ob braune Haare grundsätzlich stärker oder schwächer als blonde Haare sind?
Ein Haarausfall von täglich 60 – 100 Haaren ist normal und bei einer Haardichte von ca. 200 Haaren/ qcm gerade noch zu verkraften. Aber wieviel Haare verliert man eigentlich bei Stress? Und warum verliert man Haare in der Schwangerschaft?
Ich werde versuchen im Rahmen dieses Blogs antworten zu diesen Fragen und zu vielem mehr zu finden und Mythen aufzudecken – bis dahin heißt es aber recherchieren, recherchieren, recherchieren. Natürlich sind Eure Ratschläge, Fragen und Denkstöße jederzeit willkommen – bleibt nur zu hoffen, dass wir uns nicht in die Haare kriegen…
